Order Fulfillment-

Orders of ready made products will be shipped within 3 business days.
If you need an item by a specific date, just email us and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.
Each order undergoes one last quality check and is steamed before being folded and packaged.
Each order gets complimentary wrapping, a recycled fabric bow and includes care instruction for each garment. Need a gift card or a special note added? Just ask, we love doing that.
Our packaging is composable and biodegradable.
Once work has begun on a custom order, no refund will be given on the deposit. The only exception is if I can not fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances.

returns And Refunds-

All clothing must be returned in original condition. Worn, washed, altered or damaged clothing will not be accepted for a return.
Returns must be initiated within 10 days or the item arriving, and the item must be shipped back to Crochet Rebellion within 10 days of us receiving the initial complaint.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
We will inspect and issue a refund within 1 business day of receipt of a return.
No refund will be given for custom made items, but we want the right clothing to go to the right person. So we will offers to fix the item, or trade the item out for another similar or like price item. We ultimately want everyone to be happy.
